Great service. Always make my order right. Parking is tough here. Not really Dunkin's fault though.

I'll keep going here because it's close to work and they have caffeine. But, staff are blunt and rude. Service is very cold and it takes far too long, at times.

I always like dunkin doughnuts and thg his one did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly and service was quick and efficient. Plus what I ordered tasted exactly like I wanted it to. I would recommend

I enjoy Dunkin.' I always have; I always will. I have long enjoyed their coffee! I treat myself to Dunkin' every now and again as a pick me up. The Chocolate Glazed donuts are my favorite. In addition, you can't top the super efficient, courteous employees.

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager Angela(if that's even her real name) was very rude. I ordered munchkins last week and there was a hair laying right on top once I opened the box. I immediately called and told them because I was on my way to work and couldn't turn around. They said they would fix it the next time and that they put my name in a book. Well I went through today and the manager Angela told me I was lying and that she is the only manager there. Why would I lie about donuts? So long story short, i do not recommend this location. They are dirty and rude

Well I sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Employees very slow. I pay for bagel. Still waiting in line. 3 minutea after paying he tells me we have no plain. I said just give me money back. In the mean while the car behind me is screaming at me because they are taking to long. I guess manager came out and talked time the man like she knew him. Totally not worrying about him screaming at me. Very back experience. I go there a lot to get grandkids stuff but I will not do there no more. I will go out of my way to go somewhere else.

Love this location, they never mess up my rather eccentric coffee order and are always accommodating to me.

Our order came out fast, tasted great, and the employees used gloves... and they were friendly and efficient!

Drinks and food are always good.to stay in with anything and relax,it is always very cold.

Previously I would give this particular Dunkin donuts a 5-star rating, however recently the new hires happy making a lot of mistakes. Most of all you feel very unwelcome when dealing with them, almost like you interrupted their conversation to place an order. Which makes pointing out that your order was incorrect even more difficult.

They deserve a one star. got 2 bagels with cream cheese this morning.....they were burnt and I did not ask for them to be toasted, and the amount of cream cheese equalled about 2 teaspoons. NOTHING like the 2 for $4.00 picture. and the muffins for sale were as flat as flat bread, they had no muffin crown. they always have new workers, today it looked like the MENS CLUB working. several older men working the store...I have never had a normal Dunkin Donut experience here.

So disheartening that they just can't get orders right, and then when they are asked for a latte, they are always out of espresso beans, the machine is broken, or "it takes a while to heat the espresso machine." For cryin' out loud, leave the thing on! Don't understand why Dunkin Donuts has such issues with service. Done with Dunkin. Last straw today.

This is a good Dunkin. The food is fresh and tasty. The staff is polite and helpful. I'll continue to go back!

We visit this Dunkin because its close to the house, however we will make a longer trip if it means getting fresh donuts. Says fresh daily but based on the donut I just ate(half) I'd disagree. This is not the first time and I have been reluctant to try again because last time got 2 dozen donuts and it was a hit and miss on the fresh ones. Tried again today and we will make the trip to a different location.

Very friendly staff here. Always courteous and quick. Limited seating, but comfortable.

I'm hooked on the frozen coffee with flavor shots. Caramel is my current favorite! Using the DD app is so easy and a great way to save money. What could be better than FREE coffee?!?!? Love Dunkin!

Dunkin' Donuts is as good as it's equipment, and supplies. Sometimes it's really good, and other times they don't have a machine for decaffeinated lattes. The decaf is out of stock, or the machine is down.I have had a brilliant barista, and others that would rather talk to each other than serve.I am not a donut person.

Very rude staff they talk badly about every customer that comes in. The manager Angela talks bad about her staff calling them names and yelling at them. The staff needs to be more concerned about working and less about gossip.

Unconcerned employee's do not go the extra mile to ask customers if the need sugar for their late or coffee ect. etc.

Don't waste your time going here because they will MESS UP YOUR ORDER!! I am so mad because I asked for an extra large hot pumpkin spice coffee. I got my coffee and tasted it and it was REGULAR coffee. I told the lady and she took it back and walked away. She came back and handed me what I THOUGHT was the correct coffee now. Well, IT WASN'T!! SHE HANDED ME BACK THE SAME COFFEE. This is now the 2nd DD I will NEVER go back to. I'm ready to make the switch to ONLY Starbucks!!!

At 10am they were out of bagels, out of their new wraps and not a big selection of donuts.... Not what I expected on a Monday morning... I do not recommend this Dunkin...

I live Dunkin even though I do not drink Coffee! I order Ice tea, Hot tea and their muffins.

Not consistent. I've had some of the worst coffee there. I don't know if it's lack of training. I I get a pretty simple coffee. I frequent DD a lot. So I don't understand how I can order it other places comes out great. Here, it's so bitter. I find myself going out of my way to go to the one on 19 in Port Richey. And that's sad because this one is five minutes away.

Drive-thru lady was very rude. Even after she charged me for things they didn't have. Ended up getting my order wrong anyway. I was the ONLY customer there.

Coffee was cold & so was the sandwich..

To expense if you ask me. But one time i recieves a free donut.

The customer service is absolutely outstanding! These guys have seen me at my worst and best because the mornings are a gamble especially when you’re a mom. Tina and especially CHRISTINE are so outstanding and really go the extra mile to make a difference. I go here not just for coffe, but the experience. Let’s face it, I can make coffee at home, but this place is my morning ritual for very good reason!

Went there at 9:15 AM. Only 6 donut choices to choose from. Most unacceptable.
